  • Solution: Collaboratively relaunching with nonplusultra, the market potential was re-assessed. Adopting a selective, customer-centric retail approach, we concentrated on brand fortification and reputation enhancement. As the brand grew in prominence, we systematically scaled the approach, leveraging ROI data and best practices to capture a larger market segment.
  • Result: Shokz witnessed an astounding growth trajectory, tripling sales within three years and expanding their presence to over 700 stores. This was amplified by the training of nearly 2,000 individuals, underscoring the brand's commitment to quality and excellence.
