Guaranteed retail success for Meta across EMEA.

Perfecting European retail for Shokz.

We opened on almost 110 stores within four months — which surprised me a lot at the time. I don't think there's any distributor or agency doing a better job than nonplusultra.

Driving retail impact with SumUp across Europe.

You essentially became part of our team. You soaked up the brand DNA — brought it to your retail contacts and made them part of our success. That was the key factor for scaling across multiple countries and years.

Data-driven market entry for XGIMI in EMEA.

When I look at those 120 stores, we created a very detailed plan — store level, SKU level, accessory level. That actually improved our sell-out by 3, 4, 5×. Their data and retail analytics setup is definitely one of their USPs.

What great brand partnerships look like inside Europe's largest CE retailer.

Sometimes we need someone who understands both sides — and that's where nonplusultra comes into play. I sense a lot of commitment and it's very pragmatic.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

nonplusultra manages the full European retail operation for consumer electronics brands: distribution, field sales, data intelligence, and marketplace management, as a single embedded team across EMEA. 50+ brands launched across EMEA since 2015, from scale-ups to global corporations, with 100+ specialists on the ground.

117 markets in four territories: Northern Europe (Nordics, UK & Ireland), Central & Eastern Europe (DACH, Benelux, the Balkans and Eastern Europe), Southern Europe (Iberia, Italy, France and the Mediterranean) and Middle East & Africa (GCC, Levant, Turkey, North Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa). Our deepest presence is in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, the UK, Ireland, the Nordics, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar. The full country list, by territory, is on our markets page.

Four key reasons. Speed: brands we onboard go from contract to first shelf in 4–6 months, versus 12–18 months building from scratch. Risk reduction: 11-year track record, 25+ active clients, 50+ brands since 2015. Convenience: six services (distributor onboarding, retailer listing, field sales, data reporting, training, compliance) from one team. Results: 200% YoY for Shokz over four years, 97% POS compliance for Meta, 1,500+ stores for SumUp in year one. The numbers are public.

Typically 4–6 months from contract signing to first product on shelf, depending on the category and target retailers. Our Starlink partnership is a benchmark: we launched across all major consumer electronics retailers in Europe — online and offline, including POS displays — within 4 months.

Both, as one strategy. nonplusultra manages Amazon EU across Seller and Vendor Central, plus the key European marketplaces: eBay, Otto, Coolblue, Bol.com, and Fnac Marketplace. That covers listing creation and optimisation, A+ content, sponsored campaigns, repricing, and proactive eTail monitoring for pricing erosion and unauthorised third-party sellers. We run online and offline together so the channels reinforce each other instead of competing on price.

129 Sellers in Dublin, 439 in the UK, 275 in France: What Gamified Store-Staff Training Changes

nonplusultra delivered gamified store-staff training to 843 sellers across three retailers in three countries in July and August 2026: 439 at Currys in the United Kingdom, 275 at Fnac Darty in France, and 129 at Harvey Norman in Ireland, with the Fnac Darty session rated 9.75 out of 10 by attendees. A parallel training programme we run for Qualcomm's Snapdragon retail education initiative in EMEA is running 30 to 34% ahead of target this year, most of it delivered face-to-face. For a consumer electronics brand relying on store staff to close the sale, the mechanic behind those numbers, not the slide count, is what to copy.

Usually We Bring Global Brands Into Europe. With FRITZ!, We're Going the Other Way.

The European technical consumer goods market reached €857 billion in FY2025, growing 5% in value, according to NielsenIQ. Most of the brands nonplusultra takes into that market are global players entering Europe from outside. FRITZ! — AVM's market-leading German home-networking brand — is the rarer case: a European champion expanding across its own continent, with nonplusultra opening retail and distribution access market by market. Growing within Europe is often harder than entering it, because Europe is not one market — it is a dozen retail systems that happen to share a map.

K5 2026: AI Stopped Being a Feature and Became the Operating System of European E-Commerce

At K5 Future Retail 2026 in Berlin (23–24 June), more than 5,000 decision-makers, 200+ exhibitors and 250+ speakers converged on six themes — AI & automation, social and live commerce, China & Asia, retail media, logistics and growth — and AI sat underneath all of them. CECONOMY's Jan Niclas Brandt told the room "customer centricity is no longer enough," while TL;DR's Erik Siekmann argued search itself is becoming dialogic and agentic. For consumer-electronics brands expanding in EMEA, the signal is that AI has moved from an e-commerce feature to its operating layer — NielsenIQ already measures AI at 10% of European product-search touchpoints, rising toward 22% by end of 2026. The brands restructuring product data and marketplace presence now will hold a measurable discovery advantage within 18 months.
