Training & Education: Most product training stops at a slide deck nobody opens. nonplusultra builds and runs the full retail learning system for a brand across EMEA: staff education and brand knowledge at every level of the retail chain. We start with a training-content strategy, then turn technical product information into content people actually engage with: the product-education films we produced for reMarkable are one example. From there we cascade it down the chain that meets the shopper, from master trainer to field trainer to in-store rep. Every programme follows one progression, Ready, Rise, Refine, moving people from the basic value pitch, to matching product to customer, to becoming a genuine brand ambassador. We certify the trainers themselves through a formal Train-the-Trainer program built on product mastery, audience engagement, and objection handling, so quality stays consistent across every market and location. Localization is treated as a discipline rather than a translation step: market insight, legal compliance, language, and cultural adaptation for each country. Delivery happens where learning actually sticks, on a 70-20-10 model: hands-on with the device, on-the-job coaching in store, role-play, classroom, webinars, microlearning, and self-paced e-learning on the brand's platform. Training is also a launch gate: no field rep enters a store without completed brand training and a demo device in hand. For SpaceX Starlink we built and ran a training programme across five countries before the product reached the shelf, so staff could explain a subscription-and-hardware proposition most had never sold. We measure what we teach: a Training NPS of 93 across 2,000+ sessions a year, with knowledge checks tied to in-store execution so training shows up in sell-through, not just attendance. Key capabilities: Ready / Rise / Refine learning journey: a three-level progression from the core value pitch, to matching product to customer, to full brand ambassador; Train-the-Trainer certification: a formal program in product mastery, engagement and objection handling that holds quality consistent across markets and locations; Trains every level of the retail chain — master trainer, field trainer, in-store rep — not a one-off staff briefing; 70-20-10 delivery: hands-on device, on-the-job coaching, role-play, webinars, microlearning and self-paced e-learning, not just classroom decks; Localization as a discipline, not a translation step: market insight, legal compliance, language and cultural adaptation per country; Brand Champion programs: tiered ambassador communities with gamified learning, an app and events that turn top reps into authentic advocates; A launch gate, measured on outcomes: no rep enters a store without brand training and a demo device; Training NPS of 93 across 2,000+ sessions a year
